Registration Payment: Your monthly payment gives you access to the specified content of the German Genealogy Collective. Your access will remain intact as long as your payments are current and your membership is active.
Payment: Payment must be received in order to gain access to the German Genealogy Collective.
No Refunds: Your monthly payment is non-refundable. Should you wish to leave the German Genealogy Collective at any time, please notify us via email at [email protected]. Requests must be made in writing via email at least 5 business days prior to your payment date. Any requests made with less than 5 business days’ notice will be canceled for the following month.
Transferability: Your membership is non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another individual.
Cancellation: The German Genealogy Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule live calls at its discretion. Any changes to the schedule will be posted in the members’ area, noted on the calendar, and sent via email.
Liability: The German Genealogy Collective shall not be held liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or discrepancies experienced by participants at any time.
Intellectual Property: All materials, including session recordings, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Andrea Bentschneider and The German Genealogy Collective and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
Data Privacy: Participants acknowledge and agree that The German Genealogy Collective is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of their personal data. All information collected during registration and membership will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating participation and will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the provision of membership services. The German Genealogy Collective will implement appropriate measures to safeguard the security and integrity of participants’ data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Modification of Terms: The German Genealogy Collective reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the membership website or upon notification to registered participants via email.
Governing Law: This contract is governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be Hamburg. This contract, together with its attachments, constitutes the entire agreement between Beyond History and you, the Client, with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter. All modifications and amendments to this Agreement, and any collateral agreements, must be made in writing to be effective. Any waiver of this requirement must also be in writing.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
By completing registration and payment of the membership fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
